BEIJING, Sept. 6, 2018 — On September 5, 2018, VSTECS (00856.HK) and JD Cloud announced a strategic partnership. Both companies agreed to combine their resources to boost application, promotion and development of cloud computing and related services in China and overseas markets.

In H1 2018, JD Cloud, JD Group’s all-platform integrated cloud computing service provider, completed iteration of V4.0, independently developing 108 products and services in over 10 categories. So far JD Cloud has accumulated over 2,500 enterprise-class partners and 330,000 registered users. Constantly optimizing its technologies and services, JD Cloud is marching towards its greater goal – going global, while partnering with VSTECS is a crucial step as an effective ecosystem is a must for this goal.
VSTECS is the largest technology product solution and supply chain service platform in Asia Pacific, with a service network covering nine countries including China, Singapore and Malaysia, reaching 1.8 billion people via its 45,000 channel partners. In overseas markets, VSTECS is advantageous in supply chain, one-stop services, capital, storage, logistics, brand and offline & online services. Under this strategic partnership, VSTECS and JD Cloud agree to:
1. Conduct in-depth cooperation in cloud computing, big data, AI, commerce and trade, technology, logistics, finance, e-commerce, group purchase, construction and operation of data centers, industry incubation and talent cultivation, and prioritize introducing each other’s products and solutions.
2. Select each other as primary supplier and channel agents.
3. Select each other as primary strategic partners for innovative services.
