Infinitus Named Best Employer for the Fifth Time

SHANGHAIAug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — On August 29, 2017, Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. (hereafter referred as “Infinitus”), a member of LKK Health Products Group, won the title of Aon Best Employer – China 2017 at the awards ceremony held in Shanghai. Based on the China-wide market research covering 113 participating companies, 14 companies were named Best Employers while three won special awards. This is the fifth time that Infinitus has received this honor.

Aon Hewitt’s research shows that the Best Employers have high employee engagement, a compelling employer brand, effective leadership and a high performance culture. According to the research data for 2017, the Best Employers have an engagement rating 13% higher and a turnover rate 10% lower than the market average, while their profit margins are, on average, 28% higher than their peers.
