In response to the Australian Government’s Foreign Policy direction, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s New Colombo Plan Scholarship initiative, the MABC is offering a dedicated Internship Programme over the Australian Summer (start on 26 November 2018 for 12 weeks) for Australian University students.
The programme aims to support the government in this important initiative that seeks greater engagement between Australia and Asia, and in particular it‘s ASEAN neighbour, with youth playing a key role as potential leaders in their fields.
The Internship programme is aimed at high achieving students from all disciplines and universities that are keen to take advantage of the opportunity to gain an international experience that adds value to their university studies. In developing this programme, the MABC endorses the importance of this government initiative where industry professionals, local businesses and Australian alumni can each play a role in contributing to the successful outcome of the government’s policy.
