Year after year, property developers work creatively hard with their fellow architects, designers and other colleagues to create new and innovative residential and commercial properties for the benefit of homebuyers and investors. This may seem like an easy task for the less experienced, but it actually takes a lot of planning, creative juices and research to understand the needs and the wants of the public at large.

Understanding their struggles and praising them for their successful accomplishments, the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards was born five years ago.  The The fifth instalment of this awards was held on the evening of 3rd May 2019 at Shangri-La Hotel. The awards serve as a benchmark for local property developers to strive for, and as a celebratory occasion to recognise the accomplishments in the property sector leading up to the event.
