They are teaming up to give you a trip down memory lane or to simply discover the variety Australian contemporary music has offered the world the last 60 years.
We’ll be covering locally and internationally successful tunes from The Seekers, Helen Reddy, Skyhooks, Rick Springfield, Little River Band, John Farnham, Olivia Newton John, Mondo Rock, AC/DC, Australian Crawl, The Angels, Cold Chisel, Kids in the Kitchen, Peter Allen, John Paul Young, Midnight Oil, INXS, Kylie and much much more!
InTown, led by Ui Li Loh on the keyboards, Ayam on drums, Che Wan on bass and Mizi on lead guitar, are a busy bunch of talented musicians, who also play independently for well-known Malaysian singers.
We’ll also have 18-year old Aussie Vanessa as our guest singer doing some modern songs by Natalie Imbruglia and Jessica Mauboy.
Sandra is a classically trained singer with a very versatile voice that covers many genres: early and modern jazz, show tunes, avante-garde Brecht/Weill from the 1920s onwards, pop classics, bossa nova, Australian classics, disco, contemporary songs by talented local composers, and songs that have been revamped to other genres.
For the last 14 years in KL I’ve been singing the anthems of many countries at their respective embassies’ National Days and various Balls: Australia, Germany, France, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, Italy etc, also Latin, MANZA, Canadian BallsServices
