Today in Dewan Rakyat (House of Representatives) sitting enters its sixth day, the progress on Rapid Transit System (RTS) project between Johor Bahru and Singapore was raised.
Johor Bahru MP Akmal Nasrullah bin Mohd. Nasir ask Transport Minister to give the latest status on the talks between Malaysia and Singapore on the progress of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) project between Johor Bahru and Singapore.
Minister of Transport Dr. Wee Ka Siong elaborated that the construction of the RTS Link is expected to begin immediately after the necessary approvals are acquired in January next year. The RTS is expected to begin operations at the end of 2026.
